Mitch has over 15 years of work experience in the IT and ServiceNow industry and have held a number of roles in large enterprise customers. One thing that has remained a constant throughout that time is his fascination with data and how companies can use data to make business and technical decisions. Which is why he absolutely enjoys working in the observability industry and in particular loves working for Lightstep.
