TMlabs was founded in 2018 by former ServiceNow® employees, Tobias Schwartz and Michael Starkey. TMlabs is focused on delivering high-quality implementations, in line with ServiceNow® best-practices.
To meet our upward demand, we’re now ready to grow our team and are searching for a ServiceNow® Technical Architect.
The ServiceNow Technical Architect will design and deliver best-practice ServiceNow solutions. The ServiceNow Technical Architect will report directly to the Managing Director, TMlabs. The position will be divided between both pre-sales and delivery components. Whilst primarily based in Sydney, the role will require travel domestically and internationally within the APJ region.
To be successful, the candidate must have a demonstrable history of delivering robust ServiceNow implementations. More than this, the successful candidate will have a current and ongoing grasp of the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform as well as an appreciation for the short, medium and long-term direction that ServiceNow promotes. This is required to ensure that our customers are provided with solutions that are fit for purpose both now and in future. While strong technical skills are required, the successful candidate will also couple these hard skills with a professional, consultative, friendly and outgoing character that our customers can effectively relate with. The right individual will be driven by the possibilities of solving business problems; and have the ability to work autonomously leading customers on their ServiceNow journey. TMlabs are passionate supporters of the ServiceNow platform and, as such, we see the ideal candidate as one who loves what they do and also actively contributes to the ServiceNow development and architectural communities. The successful candidate must also have the current legal right to work in Australia.
The position will be based out of Sydney, Australia.
